About Our Company

History
United Telemetry Company Inc. (the "Company") is a wholly owned subsidiary of ConectiSys Corporation that was incorporated on February 3, 1986, in Colorado . Since 1995 it has been a commercial telecommunications company in the development stage.
Our parent company ConectiSys Corporation is a Colorado company with approximately 6,000 shareholders. It is the desire of the Company's founders and affiliates to finance and market its wholly owned subsidiaries while preparing the path for an initial public offering (IPO) of said entities, thus allowing the incubated entities to fully mature through greater public participation. ConectiSys Corporation is an OTC, BB; trading symbol: CONC
Our products are a low-cost Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution for both residential and commercial utility markets. HNet, our product, is imbedded within an electrical utility meter. The HNet Network has been designed exclusively for the Electrical Utility Industry.

Future Goals
We are looking forward to delivering, a new wireless commercial Network. H-Net™ is designed as an added value solution while providing the high performance required by businesses nationwide. H-Net™ will revolutionize wireless data and acquisition networks that transmit and employ two-way communications for remote controls and data transfer.
The Company's focus will be to fast track its network deployment efforts with a single goal of delivering energy consumption records for the electrical utility industry, four times an hour, twenty-four hours a day.

Who Are We?
Simply Stated; the product is called HNet; and is imbedded under glass within an electrical utility meter that is low-cost Automatic Meter Reading (AMR) solution for both residential and commercial utility markets.
The HNet Network has been designed exclusively for the Electrical Utility Industry. HNet's core is a unique proprietary protocol, that allows for two-way Meter to Meter, Base-collector, to NOC (Network Operating Center) communications, that displays real-time consumer consumption data 4 times an hour 24 hours a day via the internet at a fraction of traditional meter reading costs; all this within a wireless tower-less network.
